How do I get started?
Simply go to the signup page, enter a few details and you are ready to go. We will send you an e-mail asking you to verify your account; so don’t forget to follow the instructions in that e-mail.
How do I add a new listing to the Directory?
Before you can add the listing, you first need to create a iclassify account. The iclassify account is where you manage the listing, changing your listing and updating your personal details.

When you create an iclassify Account, we’ll send a verification link and login details to the email address you used to create the account. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folders.

Once you have created your account you can login to www.iclassify.com.au and go to the top menu “Add Listing

Guidelines
Please follow this simple guidelines when you add listing at this site:

Select Package
Enter Listing Details:
Headline/Title – Simple and clear, not to long. Company or business name in the title.
Description field – Here you describe what you do (your business or service), do NOT put email-address, website or any contact details or links.
Photo – Must be relevant to your business. Do not use pictures with company names or other marketing info.

Duplicates – You may not post same ad multiple times.
You may only register 1 user on the site. It is not allowed for the same person to have multiple username.

To use the ad for pure Thai spa & massage, Thai food & restaurant purposes and the other Thai business. i.e. not offering any concrete goods, jobs or the other business listing, is not allowed.

Note: Your AD goes online immediately after submit.
If you not agree or disagree with this simple guidelines please do not publish anything at this site. We own the right to modify or delete information as they are in line with these guidelines.

What is a ‘Featured’ ?
Our ‘Featured Listing’ has lots of benefits, including being shown at the top of the categories the pop up is listed in, UNLIMITED gallery and video embed for the 7 days. A featured listing also has it’s own featured badge helping it to stand out from the crowd and will be promoted via our social media channels. Featured pop ups can also be featured on the home page, including in our Top ads. Prices for featured listings are subject to vary.

Why approval by site admin is needed every time a listing is updated?
All updates to listings and review of listing needs to go thru approval process to ensure the quality and the guidelines are maintained.
How do I write a review?
Once you’ve located the listing detail page, it’s simple: click or tap Reviews and you’ll be led through the remaining steps to finish.
Where is my review?
If you aren’t able to find your review, there are a few possible explanations:

Your review may not currently be recommended
Your review may still be saved as a draft and waiting for approval.
You may still need to confirm your email address

Reviews are only removed if (a) we have reason to believe they might violate our Content Guidelines or Terms of Service, or (b) your account has been closed altogether.

Payment
We will invoice you by email after publication of your advert. Please let us know if you have any special requirements regarding invoicing. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folders.

Our invoice contains a link to pay by Visa, MasterCard via secure payment by PayPal and our bank details if you wish to pay by EFT.

Why don't I receive email notifications?
If you are missing emails from Box, please check your email account’s Spam or Junk folder to ensure the message was not filtered. If the message was filtered, you may find an option to ‘Mark as good’, ‘Not Spam‘, ‘Not junk‘, or ‘Add sender to white-list.’ This will aid in receiving future emails from Box.

What If I don’t see my listing in search?
If your listing is not available, simply add your listing using “Add a business listing now”
How do I claim my listing?
To claim the listing you will need to search your business by name in search box, once you find your business name click on it. Options of “claim listing” is available on the detailed page if the listing is available to claim. “Business Owner?” button is not available for listing which have been claimed. You need to have an account before you can claim a listing. Non-logged in users cannot claim. So once you created the account and are logged in, you need to go back to the listing to claim it.
What happens once I claim my listing?
Once you have claimed your listing it needs to be approved by site admin to ensure that the listing is claimed by its rightful owner.
Am I required to have an account to add my business to the site?
Yes. In order to add any listing, including Standard Listing, to the directory you must have an account.
How can I sign up for an account?
You can signup by using “Login and Register”, this option is available on the top and bottom of the footer.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, please click on ‘Forgot Password?’ option on the bottom. The password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. The email will contain a link which will redirect the user to the ‘Manage Account’ section, where the password can be updated.
Is the site secure?
All personal information given to us is kept private. We will never share these information with third parties.
How do I edit my listing?
You can edit your listing at any time and there are a few ways to get there. Ensure you are logged in and either go to your listing page or ‘My Account’. Under your account, select the dropdown ‘My Listings’. You then have a full list of each of your listing that have been created on the site where you can manage and edit as freely as you want.
